This course provides students with knowledge and insight into customer service management in a comprehensive manner.

The essence of this course includes customer service, verbal and non-verbal communication, techniques in handling difficult customers, the use of technology in customer service, managing stress, maintaining a loyal customer, service restoration, and management focus in the future.

After following this course, students will be able to understand and explain the customer service profession, verbal and non-verbal communication, how to handle difficult customers, service recovery, and the use of technology in customer service.
