KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE SPRING SEMESTER 2023

KIT Student Exchange is now accepting students from university partners, including Telkom University to join KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023. Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), South Korea offers KIT Student Exchange Program to facilitate students to get international exposure. Students can enroll maximum 21 credits (3-6 courses) in KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023, including 3 credits of Korean language classes. Exchange students of KIT Fall Semester 2022 will also be offered the opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities such as industrial tours and cultural experiences (depending on the COVID-19 situation). Note the following information to join KIT Student Exchange Program for Spring Semester 2023.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE SPRING SEMESTER 2023

The classes for KIT Student Exchange for Spring semester 2023 will start on March 2^nd, 2023 to June 22^nd, 2023.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE SPRING SEMESTER 2023

The students who are interested in joining KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023 must join the internal nomination step before October 24^th, 2022.

KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE SPRING SEMESTER 2023 APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY

Telkom University’s student who are interested to join KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023 must meet the following requirements:

1. An active Telkom University student
2. Being passed the internal nomination of KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023
3. Having excellent academic records and good honors
4. Having good English communication skills, proved by EPrT/TOEFL (for internal nomination)
5. Having parental consent to join physical student exchange program.

KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

1. Student reads detail information of KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023.
2. Student consults with academic supervisor regarding participation plan to join KIT Student Exchange Program for Spring Semester 2023, including the courses’ selection (see list of courses offered at: https://bit.ly/KITSpring2023
3. Student prepares required documents: Student ID, TOEFL/EPrT certificate, Academic Transcript
4. Student makes an online registration for the nomination step at: https://bit.ly/internalreg-KITSpring2023
5. Student waits for the next announcement regarding passed nomination of the KIT Student Exchange Program from International Office of Telkom University.
6. Once student passed the nomination, student will be assisted to apply to Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT), South Korea. Please prepare additional documents for applying to its official application: 1) Application Form and Self-Introduction Essay (template can be downloaded at https://bit.ly/KITSpring2023); 2) Latest Official transcript in English; 3) Certificate of Enrollment; and 4) Copy of passport

SERVICES OFFERED AT KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE SPRING SEMESTER 2023

During participating in the KIT Student Exchange Program, students are also offered such fun activities as follow. Note that these activities can be changeable in terms of COVID-19 situation.

1. Orientation, welcoming party, farewell ceremony
2. Cultural field trips, visit to global companies in Korea
3. Buddy program

ACCOMMODATION OF KIT STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

All incoming students of KIT Student Exchange for Spring Semester 2023 are registered for the on-campus housing.
