Commerce law

This course was given in order to provide insight and understanding and skills aspects rules, norms and positive law applicable in the field of trade, the logic of the formation, and its enforcement in the field of trade practices.

The subject of this course includes an understanding of the rules, norms and positive law relating to trade, including: commercial law; principles of contract manufacturing / trade agreements; the sources of law and due to contract / commercial agreements; forms of trade agreements; intermediaries in the trade; securities; bankruptcy; forms of trade union; and competition, disputes and dispute settlement in trade.

After following this course, students will be expected to have knowledge and understanding as well as skills of the rule of the game in the form of regulations that govern the activities of the world trade.
