Business AdministrationThis course was given in order to equip students with an understanding of the urgency, provision / prevalence, processes, and functions of a commercial contract.
This course includes: understanding the treaty, contract, and commercial contract clauses; elements of a commercial contract; reason for the importance of a contract made in trading activities; applicable principles in commercial contracts; principles of contract and commercial contract clauses; regulations / standards in commercial contracts, and other forms of commercial contracts (both manual and electronic). The aims are to equip students with the skills used in trade contracts. In this course students are also given the task of creating a commercial contract.
After following this course, students are able to explain principles of agreement, contract, and contract clauses; the parties involved in a contract; object or achievement of a contract; and forms of trade contract either manually or electronically.
