Organizational Theory course discusses the definition of the organization, the general view of the organization. Highlights include: the evolution of organizational theory, public organizations vs. business organizations, organizational effectiveness approach, and the amount of effectiveness in the organization, the dimensions of the organizational structure, organizational environment, and control of power, organizational design, and bureaucracy. Highlights equipped with an understanding of the changes, including the management of organizational change; innovation within the organization; organizational conflict; as well as the organizational culture.
After following this course, the students understand the concept and life business organization which is supported by the student’s understanding of the environment and change in business organizations as well as their impact on the sustainability of business organizations.
