Organizational Design is a study of the behavior on individuals and groups in an organizational context, using theories, methods and principles of the various disciplines to learn about the perceptions, attitudes, values, learning capacity of individuals, both when working alone or in groups, with the aim that it can be used to improve the effectiveness of the organization. In general, the course is divided into three levels; level 1, processes within the individual include individual differences, values, attitudes, job satisfaction, personality (emotion, perception, motivation); level 2, processes within the group (group of individual reasons / basics of group behavior, teamwork, communication, leadership and trust, power and politics, conflict management); level 3, the organization (organizational structure design, change management, and innovation).
