This course is an introduction towards business financial functions, including: funding policy, investment policy and dividend policy. The main objective of this course is to provide a frame work of thinking, concepts, and tools for analyzing policy and financial decisions based on the basic principles of modern financial theory.

The subject of this material include: discounted cash flow techniques, corporate capital budgeting and valuation, investment decisions underuncertainty, capital asset pricing, options and market efficiency, corporate financial policy, capital structure, cost of capital, dividend policy, and related issues.

After following this course, students are expected to have the ability to prepare the company’s financial functions, including: policy funding (financing), investment policy(investing), and dividend policy (dividend).
