Learning Objectives :

This course will discuss the work system design and its components, methods to diagnose problems, improve or design the work system. There will be discussions on Poka-yoke, Ergonomy, Time Measurement, and Human Factors.

Competencies :

1. Students will be able to make working map and analyze the working system.
2. Students able to design a more ergonomic working system.
3. Students able to design working system based on biomechanics approach
4. Students able to calculate and analyze working process based on time approach.

Subject :

Methods and Works Systems, Working Maps, Motion Study, Micro and Macro Ergonomy, Biomechanics, and Physiological Measurements.
