This course will train students to think systematically and comprehensively look at managerial strategic issues that arise in a company, even though the graduate program S-1 (fresh graduated) will not necessarily be immediately occupied the top position when it begins to come to work. In this course will be taught a number of things that are central to the business strategy and competitive strategy, which includes: the external and internal environment analysis and strategy formulation. strategic management concepts, the analysis of cases of strategic management, strategy formulation for companies with a single business, the formulation of strategies for companies with multi-business, as well as the evaluation of the company’s strategic plan already underway.

After following this course, it is hoped, the alignment between the external and internal environment and the strategy will train the skill / students with good skills, so students can practice through the process of business decision-making at the strategic level. With this course, it is expected, students are also able to understand and master the understanding of the concept of strategic management, strategy crafting technique, and strategy implementation approaches.
