Trade contract | This course is given with the aim to equip students with an understanding of the urgency, the provisions / prevalence, processes, and functions of commercial contracts. The material of this course include: understanding of agreements, contracts and contract clauses trade; the parties to a commercial contract; object (achievement) contract; reason for the importance of a contract made in trading activities; the rule applicable in commercial contracts; principles of contract and commercial contract clauses; regulations / standards regulated in commercial contracts, as well as other forms of commercial contracts (both manual and electronic). To equip students with the skills in constructing trade contract, in this course students are also given the task of creating a commercial contract. After following this course, the student can explain the meaning of the agreement, contract, and contract clauses; the parties to the contract; object (achievement) of contract; forms of contract in the trade either manually or electronically. |
