This course aims to provide knowledge about the management of the retail business in various sectors, types, and scales.

The aim of this course is to learn about the importance of the retail mix, competitive positioning strategy, planning shops (stores), product specifications, as well as designing layout of the stores.

After following this course, the students are able to explain about the management of the retail business, retail and merchandising strategies, and the concept of development and management of the retail stores.
