This course discusses the study of statistical quality control and its application in an organization. Also will be discussed the concepts and development of quality management, product quality dimensions, quality cost, statistical quality control, variable control chart, attribute control chart, process capability, sampling, and qualitative quality management approach.
Students able to understand and implement the quality control system to solve industrial engineering problems.
