Significance of the definition of consumer needs, product concept generation (creation, selection, and testing), industrial design (aspects of ergonomics, aesthetics, creativity aspect and aspects of safety), and manufacturing engineering drawings and prototypes. The main method that will be addressed in the design of the product is the QFD method. Here also be discussed specifically the design and development of products in the telecommunications sector
