This course is designed to provide an understanding of mechanism on how the behavior of individuals and groups within the organization are formed, as well as their impact to the organization / company. The subject materials of this lecture, are: the theoretical and conceptual aspects about the behavior of individuals and groups in the context of the organization dynamics so that students can understand and identify individual behavior, group behavior, and organizational dynamics in order to increase the effectiveness of the organization, as well as productivity and job satisfaction of all employees / members of the organization.
