Learning Objectives :
Organization Design is a study about individual and group behavior in organizational contexts, by using theories, methods, and principles from various points of view to improve organizational effectivity. Mainly there are three levels of study: 1, individual level; 2, group level; 3, organizational level.
Students will be able to analyze individual and group behavior in organizational context, by using theories, methods, and principles from various point of view to study perception, attitude, values, individual learning capacity, in order to improve organizational effectivity.
