This course will equip students with an understanding of aspects related to technology, management, and organization of an information system.

The subject of this course are: introduction to computer-based information systems, information system applications, strategic information systems, organizing the information systems, systems approach within the frame work of the development of information systems, as well as issues of information systems development in support of the decision making process.

After following this course, students are expected to have an understanding of aspects related to technology, management and organization of information systems, as well as having an understanding of the selection of the appropriate applications of information systems, management information systems for the realization of effective and efficient, which is able to produce accurate information for the decision-making process.
