This course provides the knowledge, understanding and recognition of computer applications, how a computer works, how the application of computer work and serves as a tool (tools), and provide benefits to a variety of human interest, particularly in relation to business activities. The method of teaching is being done to provide material of start-of-art computer knowledge and application, improving the way of critical thinking, as well as providing practical skills and the desire to always improve knowledge through reading and the use of technology online / internet.
After receiving this course, students are expected to have the ability in understanding basic concepts and configuration of computer systems and applications, clarify and improve the practical ability of the system and the workings of the computer and its applications (basic applications and supporting applications), database systems, and their utility, especially in relation as a means / support tools to simplify and streamline business activities.
