Electronics ICompetences given in this course is expected to work as foundation for telecommunication electronics design, subjects given are the characteristics of semiconductor telecommunication material and p-n junction. Firstly regarding to diode: characteristics, parameter, model, and its implementation. Next is bipolar and unipolar transistor’s characteristics, parameter, and model. For transistor-based circuits implementation, later on there will be explanations about pre-voltage circuit and its stability at prior, followed by introduction of basic amplifier and its small signaling model. In this course, it is also explained introduced about transistor implementation in constructing digital gate circuits. Later on introduced about amplified frequency respond, negative and stabilized feedback, op-amp and its applications, oscillator concept, and power amplification concept.
