National & International Trading TechniquesThis course provides the knowledge and insight into the techniques of national and foreign trading. The subject materials of this course include: the urgency of foreign Commerce, how to enter the international market, international trade protection and domestic trade techniques, such as pricing, marketing communications, competitive advantage, as well as marketing relation.

After following this course, students can understand the reasons for doing international trade, can describe how to enter the international market and international trade protection, and can explain the performance of pricing, marketing communications, competitive advantage, and marketing relation.

Customer Service ManagementThis course provides the knowledge and insight about customer service management to students in a comprehensive manner. The subject materials of this course include professional customer service, verbal and nonverbal communication, handling difficult customers, the use of technology in customer service, managing stress and time, maintain customer loyalty, recovery services, and management focus in the future.

After following this course, students can understand and explain the profession customer service, verbal and non-verbal communication, handling difficult customers, recovery services, as well as the use of technology in customer service.

Trade contractThis course is given with the aim to equip students with an understanding of the urgency, the provisions / prevalence, processes, and functions of commercial contracts. The material of this course include: understanding of agreements, contracts and contract clauses trade; the parties to a commercial contract; object (achievement) contract; reason for the importance of a contract made in trading activities; the rule applicable in commercial contracts; principles of contract and commercial contract clauses; regulations / standards regulated in commercial contracts, as well as other forms of commercial contracts (both manual and electronic). To equip students with the skills in constructing trade contract, in this course students are also given the task of creating a commercial contract.

After following this course, the student can explain the meaning of the agreement, contract, and contract clauses; the parties to the contract; object (achievement) of contract; forms of contract in the trade either manually or electronically.
