| This course provides the knowledge and understanding to the students of the Legal Studies and aspects related to the system of positive law in Indonesia. Students understand, why there should be a law in the relationship between society, was formed and the establishment of rules that apply in the relationship between humans. It also explained about the systematics of law, both civil law system and the criminal justice system. After attending these courses, students can understand the notion of Law, understand the source of applicable law, understand the systematics of Criminal Law and Civil Law, and understand the systematics of dispute resolution institutions. |
