Legal Aspects in Business

This course aims to equip students with an understanding of Indonesian laws relating to economic and practical business world, including that on civil law, cooperation and partnership agreements, and other legal aspects relating to business activities.

The subject matter of this course is on the definition of civil law, the forms and principles of the contract / agreement, subject, object and positive legal sources in Indonesia related to the company and the consumer, commercial partnerships, securities, and bankruptcy company.

After following this course, students can understand and explain the legal aspects of business includes legal and economic relations; subject, object, and source of positive law in Indonesia; laws relating to the activities of the company; law of Intellectual Property Rights (Haki), consumer protection law, securities, as well as understanding the legal settlement in the event of a business dispute.
