DESCRIPTIONAfter studying Operation & Quality Management it is expected that students can understand Operation & Quality Management. On the topic of operation, students will learn about operation and productivity, operational strategy in global setting, project management, product and service design, process strategy, capacity planning, agregat and disagregat, MPS and MRP, as well as quality management.
LEARNING OBJECTIVESAt the end of the course, students are able to implement operational management in a company.
