This course is an introduction towards the financial functions of business, include: funding policy, investment policy and dividend policy. The main objective of this course is to provide a framework of thinking, concepts, and tools for analyzing policy and financial decisions based on the basic principles of modern financial theory. The subject materials include: discounted cash flow techniques, corporate capital budgeting and valuation, investment decisions under uncertainty condition, capital asset pricing options and market efficiency, corporate financial policy, capital structure, cost of capital, dividend policy, and related issues.
After following this course, students will be expected to have the ability to prepare financial functions of the company, include: policy funding (financing), investment policy (investing), and the dividend policy (dividend).
