This course provides sufficient knowledge to students about the elements, processes, and communication functions within the company’s business operations.
Subjects in this course are: the elements in the communication, the process of effective communication, business communication environment, the design of business communication strategy, communicating vision and mission of companies, communication of corporate culture, communicating change, interdepartmental communication, and the selection of appropriate communication media of the companies.
After taking this course, students will have a better understanding of the elements, processes, and communication functions within the company’s business and be able to design a system of efficient and effective communication. Afterwards, students can determine appropriate communication media for the company.
