P2A 2024: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines

P2A 2024: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines. Passage to ASEAN (P2A), was established with the objective of uniting higher education institutions in ASEAN countries to advance the promotion of cultural appreciation and workforce education amongst its youth. This year, P2A 2024 has chosen the theme Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines. The program promises to enrich the student community, especially from ASEAN, with a mix of academic exploration and innovative approaches in content delivery. P2A 2024: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines 2024 promises to be more spectacular than ever with the participation of 13 institutions, held on April 1st – May 8th, 2024.

 

The P2A: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines began on April 1, 2024, with an Opening Ceremony marking the start of the Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines event series. The Opening Ceremony was conducted online and involved 13 institutions from ASEAN countries. Dr. Le Nguyen Tue Hang, Director of P2A Secretariat, inaugurated the Opening Ceremony of Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines. This was followed by opening remarks from several institutions affiliated with P2A, including Telkom University.

 

In addition to the Opening Remarks, the opening event of Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines also provided an explanation of the P2A 2024 program series. Representatives from the P2A Secretariat explained the concept and timeline of Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines. Students were also directly involved in Breakout Rooms to determine the leaders of each group.

P2A 2024: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines Class

The second meeting of P2A 2024: Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines was a significant part of the P2A 2024 event series because representatives from the P2A Secretariat explained the Expectation of Final Presentation. During this second session of Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines, mentor Bui Duc Anh from Duy Tan University explained about the Wix Website Application. Wix is a popular cloud-based website development platform that enables users to create professional-looking websites without the need for coding skills.

 

Students were again actively engaged in breakout rooms. This time, they were asked to create outlines and draft proposals for the final project of the Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines event. Throughout these two days of meetings, the Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines event has ensured that every participant receives valuable guidance and knowledge. The series of events in Hybrid Mobility by Disciplines is ensured to provide students with valuable insights and an expanding network of friendships.

Students are expected to create a project, under the theme “Empowering ASEAN Youth, Innovating Across Disciplines”. In this project, students from various institutions will collaborate in assigned groups to create a website or an application based on specific topics. The project will be presented at the Final Showcase session. During the FINALE, each team will select 2-3 student representatives to answer the questions from the judges about aspects related to their project. Each team will have 5 minutes to engage in a Q&A session with the judges, which will serve as a basis for the judges to award points in the Live Q&A session criteria.
