Ruhr West University of Applied Science, Germany is expecting participants to join Student Exchange Program in Summer Semester 2023. Ruhr West offers 33 study programs in the fields of engineering and business administration, leading to accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees. In addition to these academic options, there is a lot more to explore in Germany, Europe, and the Ruhr-Region. The Ruhr-Region has a vibrant cultural scene with a variety of museums, theaters, cinemas, bars, and clubs. Numerous parks and green spaces are also available for strolls and other leisure activities. Students of Telkom University are welcome to apply for Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023.

Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023 will start in Summer semester 2023 which is in March-August 2023.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF RUHR WEST SUMMER EXCHANGE 2023

Internal registration of Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023 will be closed on December 5^th, 2022.

RUHR WEST SUMMER EXCHANGE 2023 APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY

Students of Telkom University who are interested in joining Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023 must meet the following requirements:

1. A full-time student of Telkom University coming from a bachelor degree program.
2. Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University
3. Having excellent academic records and good honors
4. Having good English communication skills, proved by English Proficiency Certificate

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF RUHR WEST SUMMER EXCHANGE 2023

Before joining Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023, students must prepare following documents for internal nomination process.

1. Formal photo
2. Scanned copy of Passport (1st page until last page) and Student ID Card
3. Academic transcript
4. Certificate of English Language proficiency

After passing the nomination step, students are required to prepare additional documents:

1. Application form
2. Learning Agreement
3. Curriculum Vitae in English or German
4. Proof of health insurance

2. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to subjects’ selection.
3. Applicant prepares required documents.

5. Once the applicant passed the nomination step, the applicant will be guided to make an application to Ruhr West University of Applied Science. Application form can be download HERE.

FEES OF RUHR WEST SUMMER EXCHANGE 2023

There are no tuition fees for joining Ruhr West Summer Exchange 2023. However, every student is obliged to pay a student service fee for about € 333,06 per semester, which is a contribution to the services the Studierendenwerk provides for all students such as subsidized housing or discounted food at the canteen. Additionally, it includes a semester-long pass for local public transportation in the entire federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as financial support for the student parliament.
