KIT Studex (Student Exchange Program) are NOW OPEN to Telkom University Undergraduate Program Students. PROGRAM PERIOD OF KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024 will be implemented in Spring Semester (1st semester): March 1st 2024 till the middle of June.

Telkom University students who wish to participate in KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024 must register the internal selection step by making an online registration at https://bit.ly/InRegKITStudex24
APPLICATION DEADLINE OF KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
Telkom University students who would like to join the KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024 must register beforehand to the internal application link NO LATER THAN 14 November 2023.
PROGRAM MODE OF KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
All Telkom University students who have passed the nomination for KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024 in South Korea will have the opportunity to participate in the program physically or join a physical or in-person semester (Spring or Fall) at Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT) South Korea.
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
In order to participate and join the KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024, Telkom University students must meet these following requirements:
- Active Telkom University students who have passed 4 semesters for undergraduate program at Telkom University.
- Having excellent academic records, min GPA 3.0 and/or above.
- Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level IELTS 6.0 or Telkom University EPrT 500
- Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining KIT Spring Exchange Program, such as:
- A copy of Student ID Card.
- A copy of most recent academic transcript in English.
- A proof of English at level IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL and/or EPrT 500
- Digital passport photograph.
COURSES OFFERED FOR KIT SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
- English courses for the spring semester will be confirmed in February.
- English Course List will be sent to the participants and partner school individually once it is finalized.

3) School of Industrial Engineering
Student whose major is not related to one of above department also can apply for KIT exchange program. However, they might not be able to take major courses for the credit transfer, only selective courses will be available.

- Applicants prepare all the required documents for the internal nomination step.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://bit.ly/InRegKITStudex24 before November 14ᵗʰ, 2023.
- Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding passed nomination to participate in KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024 from International Office of Telkom University.
- Once applicants have passed the nomination, they will be assisted to apply to the official online application of KIT Spring Exchange Program 2024.
