International Students of Telkom University August 2018

Bandung, Telkom University was welcoming the international students in August 2018. Around 37 students among the 1500 applicants are pursuing their study at Telkom University. This number of applicants increased 20% from the previous year which is in line with the growth of the university both nationally and internationally.

These students are taking different plan from the various programs in Telkom University. There are the degree programs (diploma, bachelor, or master), credit transfer program, credit earning program, internship program, and also student exchange program. The student exchange program came from our respective partners i.e. Saxion University of Applied Science the Netherlands, University of Twente the Netherlands, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), and Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). The arrangement was also followed by a student of Hochshule Bremen University of Applied Science, Germany who is taking a one semester of credit earning program.

The International Office of Telkom University which is responsible for the intake of international students is supported by international office student buddy club (IOSBC) with the students of Telkom University as the members. IOSBC supporting international office especially in assisting international students to adapt in the campus and new environment. The buddy will become your friend and welcome you to share anything either personal or else. No worries with the new place, have fun with the buddy, and enjoy the study for sure!

Telkom University provides the arrangement since the beginning till the end of your study. Started with the pick up arrangement assisted by our student buddy, overview of the campus including the tour, library tour, international documents assistance, etc. Students are always welcome by the international office staffs and student buddy members for further assistance both academic and non academic matters.
