UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023 is open for registration! Students from Telkom University are cordially invited to take part in either one (1) or two (2) semesters of a physical exchange program named UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023  at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) to learn about Malaysian culture and hospitality.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF UMP SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023 will be implemented in Spring semester: February-July 2023.

UMP SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023 APPLICATION DEADLINE 

Telkom University students who are interested in joining UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023 must register to the internal registration step before November 11th, 2022.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR UMP SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

TelUtizen who are interested in joining UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023 must meet the following requirement:

1. A full-time student of Telkom University.
2. Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University.
3. Having excellent academic records and good honors.
4. Having good English communication skills.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UMP SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

1. Scan of Student ID Card
2. Academic Transcript in English
3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
4. Academic certificate (for Postgraduate Applicant)
5. Bonafide letter from Telkom University (after passing the nomination step)

PROCEDURE OF UMP SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

1. Student reads detail information of UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023.
2. Student consults with academic supervisor regarding participation plan to join UMP Spring Exchange Program 2023, including the courses’ selection (see courses offered at: shorturl.at/deKL9 and shorturl.at/acyR3 )
3. Student prepares required documents for internal nomination step: Student ID, TOEFL/EPrT certificate, Academic Transcript
4. Student makes an online registration for the nomination step at: https://bit.ly/RegUMPSpring23
5. Applicant waits for the next announcement regarding passed nomination of the exchange program from International Office of Telkom University.
6. Once student passed the nomination, student will be assisted to apply to the official application.
