Telkom University in “Top 50” of WURI 2020
Telkom University in “Top 50” of WURI 2020. Yes, we received great news last month from World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) that our campus, Telkom University, has became one of the universities in the world that occupies “Top 50” for three categories. In overall category, Telkom University was ranked 90th in the world.
This success is certainly the result of the hard work of all the civitas academics of Telkom University. We have been and will always been maintain the quality of the university, which in its 6th year has been named the best private university in Indonesia. This award adds to the long list of achievements of Telkom University over the past 7 years, both at national and international levels.
WURI’s reports that published on June 2020 mentioned that Telkom University is the only Indonesian university that successfully ranked in the “Top 50”. The three categories where Telkom University’s in the “Top 50” ranks are:
- Ranked 18th in the world for Ethical Value Category
- Ranked 34th in the world for Student Mobility and Openness Category
- Rank 40th in the world for Industrial Application Category
Telkom University also granted with “4 Star” from QS Stars for Teaching, Inclusiveness, Employability, and Innovation. Not to mention the international accreditations that we also achieved such as ASIC, ABEST 21, and IABEE.
We hope for more achievement in the future. Some are already on the way and hopefully everything went well. The goal is to always provide quality and best education services for all stake holders.
It is also important to establish an excellent relationship with partner universities abroad. The reason is collaboration becomes a very important key in the current era, rather than competing. Telkom University is willing to learn from “sister” partner universities and adapt to all changes.(IO)***
