- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 years of study.
- Having excellent academic records and good honours with GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above.
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of upper intermediate level B2 (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500.
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.
