PROGRAM PERIOD OF MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2027

The Myongji Spring Semester 2027 for Student Exchange Program is scheduled to take place from 2 March – Mid June 2027 (Exams: early June 2027).

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF SPRING SEMESTER 2027 AT UUM

Telkom University students who’d like to participate in the Spring Semester 2027 at UUM for Exchange Program must register beforehand via Telkom University internal nomination link before 20 November 2026.

NOMINATION DEADLINE OF MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2027

All Telkom University students who would like to participate in Myongji Spring Semester 2027 must submit their registration via the internal nomination link of Telkom University NO LATER THAN 20 November 2026.

ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM OF MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2027 (1 SEMESTER)

The following items need to be prepared by the participants:

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2026 (1 SEMESTER)

  1. Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study;
  2. Having excellent academic records and good honours;
  3. All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of TOEFL IBT 70, IELTS 5.5 (overall band score), CEFR B1, TOEIC 750. Telkom University EPrT 550 is required only for the Telkom University nomination step;
  4. Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2026

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Myongji Spring Semester 2027:

  1. Scan of Student ID Card
  2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
  3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
  4. Formal Photo

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FOR MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2027

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in Myongji Spring Semester 2027 (for Visa Application):

  1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
  2. A copy of passport
  3. Bank certificate
  4. Application form
  5. International Health Insurance
  6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FOR MYONGJI SPRING SEMESTER 2027

  1. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
  2. Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
  3. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step of Myongji Spring Semester 2027 at Myongji University, Republic of Korea at https://tel-u.ac.id/myongjispringsem27 before 20 November 2026
  4. Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination for Myongji Spring Semester 2027 at Myongji University, South Korea for student exchange program from Telkom University International Office.
  5. Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the Myongji Spring Semester 2027 at Myongji University, Republic of Korea.
