INTERNAL REGISTRATION FOR IISMA 2022. Internal Registration IISMA 2022 is a pre-registration or nomination steps prepared by International Office of Telkom University for Telkom University’s students as an assistance and preparation to apply for IISMA 2022. IISMA is the Government of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students for mobility program at top universities overseas. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia has announced that registration for IISMA 2022 will be opened in March 2022. Therefore, International Office of Telkom University open Internal Registration to prepare students better.

INTERNAL REGISTRATION PERIOD

This internal registration will be divided into 3 sessions to provide opportunities for students who have not prepared documents to prepare them and apply for other sessions.

1. 7-11 February 2022
2. 21-25 February 2022
3. 1-7 March 2022

APPLICANTS’ ELLIGIBILITY FOR INTERNAL REGISTRATION

1. Undergraduate Telkom University students
2. Holding Indonesian nationality
3. Active student currently enrolling in semesters 4, 5, and 6
4. Having good academic performance
5. Having good English Proficiency Score
6. Experiencing in student activities (seminar, competition, community service, internship, or other student mobility)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNAL REGISTRATION

Before applying to internal registration link, prepare the following required documents in right format and size. They must be in the size must not exceed 1 MB.

1. Scan of academic transcript from 1st Semester to the latest one (in English). To get transcript in English please switch the language in iGracias to English. Name your file: your full name_transcript (PDF)
2. Scan of Student ID. Name the file: your full name_student ID (JPG)
3. Scan of TOEFL IBT/IELTS/Duolingo certificate. Name the file: your full name_TOEFL IBT/IELTS/DUOLINGO (JPG)
4. Scan of certificate of achievement, max. 3 certificates. Name your file: your full name_achievement 1, etc. (JPG)

PROCEDURE FOR INTERNAL REGISTRATION

1. Students read and comprehend the information of IISMA 2022 including host university and subject wish to take.
2. Students consult with academic supervisor regarding their participation plan in IISMA 2022.
3. Students prepare required documents.
4. Students register for internal registration online at: https://bit.ly/IISMA2022TelU
5. Once the students pass the internal registration, they will be assisted to apply for IISMA 2022 though its official application.
