IISMA-E 2024 : Professional Program Entrepreneur 2024
IISMA-E 2024. The Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards-Entrepreneur (IISMA-E) is a scholarship program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) to support Indonesian students in a 6–7-week mobility program at leading and trusted universities abroad. IISMA-E offers a scheme for Bachelor’s (S1) and Applied Bachelor’s (D4) students, aimed at enhancing Indonesian students’ entrepreneurial skills. Students undergo the program for 6-7 weeks at universities abroad to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills, learn about foreign cultures, and engage in practical activities to enhance their skills.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF IISMA-E 2024
Indonesia International Student Mobility Awards Professional Program Entrepreneur (IISMA-E) 2024 takes place for 6-7 weeks, starting from August – November 2024.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR IISMA-E 2024
- Students must be active and registered in the Higher Education Database (PDDIKTI);
- Bachelor’s/applied bachelor’s degree students, at least in their 6th semester, at universities coordinated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology during the registration period;
- Must not have taken a semester break during their studies;
- Must be Indonesian citizens domiciled in Indonesia and not hold dual citizenship;
- Must be no older than 24 years old on July 1st of the running Professional Program year;
- Must be willing to participate in the entire Professional Program;
- Must be willing not to participate in other Free Learning Campus programs while attending the Professional Program;
- Must not have previously participated in the IISMA Program;
- Must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00;
- Must write an essay;
- Must develop a business plan;
- Commitment from the Head of Study Program/Department Chair/Head of Department to support the Professional Program;
- Endorsement from the University Leader to support the 2024 Professional Program;
- Must have good conduct;
- Must have English language proficiency, with a minimum score of 78 for TOEFL IBT, 6.0 for IELTS, or 100 for Duolingo English Test, 785 for TOEIC;
- Must adhere to the regulations of the Professional Program and the law.
OPTIONAL ELIGIBILITY FOR IISMA-E 2024
- Participating in business-related competitions.
- Experienced as an entrepreneurship practitioner.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR IISMA-E 2024
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining Internal Selection of IISMA-E 2024, such as:
- Scan of transcript from 1st Semester (in English). To get transcript in English please switch the language in iGracias to English. (name your file: your full name_transcript) (PDF)
- Scan of Student ID (name the file: your full name_KTM) (JPG)
- Scan of Citizen ID (name the file: your full name_KTP) (JPG)
- Scan of Passport (name the file: your full name_passport) (JPG)
- Scan of TOEFL IBT/IELTS/Duolingo certificate (name the file: your full name_TOEFL IBT/IELTS/DUOLINGO) (JPG)
- Scan of certificate of achievement/volunteer/organization in business field, max. 3 certificates. (name your file: your full name_achievement 1, etc
- Business Plan (use this template in IISMA-E web). Name your file: (your full name_business plan)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR IISMA-E 2024
- Telkom University students read and comprehend the information of IISMA-E 2024 application including the host university.
- Telkom University students consult with academic supervisor regarding participation plan in IISMA-E 2024 application as well as its conversions.
- Telkom University students prepare required documents for IISMA-E 2024.
- Telkom University students register for IISMA-E 2024 application to the online internal selection at: http://tiny.cc/IISMA-E2024
- Telkom University students who have registered on internal registration of IISMA-E 2024 application, will be included in the IISMA-E 2024 coordination group.
- International Office of Telkom University will process recommendation letters ONLY for students who meet the requirements.
- Next, students will be assisted to apply for IISMA-E 2024 application through its official application.
