Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025. The Alianza 4 Universidades (4 Universities Alliance, A4U) is a strategic partnership between four leading Spanish public universities: the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) and Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).

Since 2015 Alliance 4 Universities has been taking part in Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme (Action KA171). Through this programme, students and staff from non-European partner universities can come on exchange for studies, research, teaching or training to A4U universities. Vice versa, students and staff from A4U universities can go on exchange to non-European countries.

The Erasmus+ Programme offers funding opportunities for PhD students to conduct research, study, or receive training abroad. These grants support mobility within Europe and to/from partner countries, helping doctoral candidates enhance their research skills, gain international exposure, and collaborate with global academic networks.

The program is scheduled for 2-5 Months.

PhD students participating in Erasmus+ mobility programs will gain valuable academic, research, and professional skills that enhance their doctoral studies and career prospects. The learning outcomes depend on the type of mobility they undertake Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies and Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025

  1. To be enrolled for a doctoral degree at Telkom University at the time of application and during the mobility.
  2. Having excellent academic records, a GPA of 3.0 and/or above.
  3. Having good English communication skills at the B2 level of English is equivalent to a score of 72-94 in TOEFL iBT (after October 2016) and a score of 5,5-6,5 in IELTS. A table of equivalences of B2 level to other English certificates is available at www.alliance4universities.eu/en/mobility-scholarships/
  4. Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025

As the first step, Telkom University Student must prepare all the required documents for joining the Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025, such as:

  1. Scan of Student ID Card
  2. Recent Academic Transcript in English
  3. Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
  4. Formal Photo

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025 (for Visa Application):

  1. Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
  2. A copy of passport
  3. Bank certificate
  4. Application form
  5. International Health Insurance
  6. Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
  7. Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

  2. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
  3. Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
  4. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at: https://bit.ly/ErasmusStudent2025 before 7 March 2025.
  5. Wait for the next announcement from the International Office of Telkom University regarding the CHOSEN nomination of the program. Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the Erasmus+ Grant for Student 2025
