Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025. The Alianza 4 Universidades (4 Universities Alliance, A4U) is a strategic partnership between four leading Spanish public universities: the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M) and Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).
Since 2015 Alliance 4 Universities has been taking part in Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme (Action KA171). Through this programme, students and staff from non-European partner universities can come on exchange for studies, research, teaching or training to A4U universities. Vice versa, students and staff from A4U universities can go on exchange to non-European countries.
The Erasmus+ Grant for Staff is part of the Erasmus+ Programme, which supports staff mobility for teaching and training across Europe and partner countries. This grant enables academic and administrative staff to gain international experience, improve skills, and strengthen institutional collaborations.

The program is scheduled for 5 (five) days.
PROGRAM SESSION OF Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025
The Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Grant allows academic and administrative staff to gain valuable international experience through teaching or training abroad. Depending on the type of mobility they choose, such as Teaching Mobility (STA) For Academic Staff and Training Mobility (STT) for academic and administrative Staff, staff can learn a variety of things.

Telkom University employee who want to participate in the Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025 must register via the internal application link before 7 Maret 2025.
GRANT FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025
- Active Telkom University employee (TPA or lecturer)
- Having good English communication skills, proved by English at the level B2 level of English is equivalent to a score of 72-94 in TOEFL iBT (after October 2016) and a score of 5,5-6,5 in IELTS. A table of equivalences of B2 level to other English certificates is available at www.alliance4universities.eu/en/mobility-scholarships/.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025
As the first step, Telkom University staff/lecture must prepare all the required documents for joining the Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025, such as:
- Scan of Employee ID Card
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
- Formal Photo
- Abridged CV
- Mobility Agreement for teaching and teaching/training or Mobility Agreement for training only. Only proposals signed by both sending and receiving institutions will be admitted. Signatures can be scanned.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION
Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025 (for Visa Application):
- Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
- A copy of passport
- Bank certificate
- Application form
- International Health Insurance
- Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR Erasmus+ Grant for Staff 2025
- Applicant read full information HERE.
- Get the Mobility Agreement signed by the sending institution, and the receiving institution, and sign it yourself. Scanned signatures are accepted. The Head of Department/Faculty, another designated person, or the host academic can sign the Mobility Agreement on behalf of the sending and the receiving institutions.
