VC Undergraduate InternationalScholarships
MMU is making available a number of scholarships, each to the value of £2,500, to international students who enrol on our full-time undergraduate taught programmes
There are also a number of scholarships, each worth £1,000, available to international students who enrol on our full-time, top-up undergraduate taught programmes.
You can apply for either of the awards if you:
- are an international student (classified as ‘overseas’ for tuition fee purposes)
- and have an offer of a place on a undergraduate taught course at MMU for September 2014 entry
- and are not currently registered on an undergraduate course at MMU.
VC Postgraduate International Scholarships
A number of these awards, worth £3,000 each, are available to international students who enrol on our full-time postgraduate taught programmes.
You can apply for an award if you:
- are an international student (classified as ‘overseas’ for tuition fee purposes)
- and have an offer of a place on a postgraduate taught course at MMU for September 2014 entry or January 2015 entry
- and are not currently registered on a postgraduate course at MMU.
How to apply
Download the VC International Scholarship Application Form and read the terms and conditions (on the final page of the form), complete your application and email it to vcscholarships@mmu.ac.uk.
Application deadlines
For both undergraduate and postgraduate courses starting in September 2014, the deadline for receipt of applications is 30th June 2014. For postgraduate courses starting in January 2015, the deadline for receipt of applications is 15th November, 2014.
Students will be notified if their application has been successful in August 2014 for courses starting in September 2014, and December 2014 for courses starting in January 2015.
How are the scholarships awarded?
Your academic merit, what you expect to gain from the course you are taking and what you intend to do after completing the course will be considered.
