PROGRAM PERIOD OF USM SPRING 2024 IN MALAYSIA

Program Period of USM Spring 2024 in Malaysia will open the program on:

• Spring Semester: 25 March – 4 August 2024

Telkom University students who would like to participate in USM Spring 2024 must register the internal selection step by making an online registration at https://bit.ly/USMSpringReg24.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF USM SPRING 2024

Telkom University students who wish to join USM Spring 2024 must register beforehand to the internal application link BEFORE 17 November, 2023.

PROGRAM MODE OF USM SPRING 2024

All eligible Telkom University students who have passed the nomination for USM Spring 2024 in Malaysia will have the opportunity to participate in the program physically or join a physical or in-person semester for USM Spring 2024 in Malaysia.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN USM SPRING 2024

In order to participate and join USM SPRING 2024, Telkom University students must meet these following requirements:

1. Active Telkom University students who have passed 4 semesters for undergraduate program at Telkom University.
2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA 3.0 and/or above.
3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level IELTS 6.0 or Telkom University EPrT 500.
4. Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF USM SPRING 2024

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining USM Spring Program 2024 in Malaysia, such as:

1. A copy of Student ID Card.
2. A copy of passport
3. A copy of most recent academic transcript in English.
4. A proof of English at level IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL and/or EPrT 500.
5. A formal photo.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES OF USM SPRING 2024 IN MALAYSIA

1. Applicants can read the information of USM Spring 2024 in Malaysia HERE.
2. Applicants prepare all the required documents for the internal nomination step.
3. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://bit.ly/USMSpringReg24 before November 17ᵗʰ, 2023.
4. Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding passed nomination to participate in USM Spring Exchange Program 2024 from International Office of Telkom University.
5. Once applicants have passed the nomination, they will be assisted to apply to the official online application of USM SPRING 2024.
