UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024. Universiti Malaya (UM) has sent the warmest greetings to Telkom University students and invites you to join the Spring Program at University Malaya (UM) 2024. This program will be conducted in March 2024 Intake for Academic Year 2023/2024. So, join and participate this program for having one of the best experiences in life to study in the first university built in Malaysia and in one of the top public universities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
PROGRAM PERIOD OF UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
UM Spring Exchange Program 2024 will begin in Spring 2024 (March 2024 Intake, for Academic Year 2023/2024).

Telkom University students who wish to participate in UM Spring Program 2024 must register the internal selection step by making an online registration at https://bit.ly/RegistofSpringatUM24.
APPLICATION DEADLINE OF UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
Telkom University students who’d like to join the UM Spring Exchange Program 2024 must register beforehand to the internal application link NO LATER THAN September 20ᵗʰ, 2023.
PROGRAM MODE OF UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
All Telkom University students who have passed the nomination for UM Spring Exchange Program 2024 will have the opportunity to participate in the program physically or join a physical or in-person semester. However, there are some classes that may be conducted in a hybrid mode.
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
In order to participate and join the UM Spring Exchange Program 2024, Telkom University students must be:
- Active Telkom University students who have passed 4 semesters for undergraduate program at Telkom University.
- Having excellent academic records, min GPA 3.0 and/or above.
- Having good English communication skills, proved by English Proficiency Certificate minimum score of 550 of Telkom University EPrT, 550 of TOEFL ITP, 80 of TOEFL iBT, 6.00 of IELTS, and 690 of TOEIC.
- Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF UM SPRING EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2024
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining UM Spring Exchange Program 2024, such as:
- A copy of Student ID Card.
- A copy of academic transcript.
- A proof of English Language Proficiency Certificate.
- A formal photo.

- Applicants can access the subjects currently offered for Semester 2 (March 2024) for the Spring
Program at UM 2024 from the website: Global Enrichment & Mobility (GEM) Division (um.edu.my)
- Applicants prepare all the required documents for internal nomination step.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://bit.ly/RegistofSpringatUM24.
- Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding passed nomination to participate in UM Spring Exchange Program 2024 from International Office of Telkom University.
- Once applicants have passed the nomination, they will be assisted to apply to the official online application of UM Spring Exchange Program 2024.
