KUEP 2024-2025. Kanazawa University Short-term Exchange Program (KUEP) 2024-2025 welcomes all eligible students of Telkom University. PROGRAM PERIOD OF KUEP 2024-2025

Kanazawa University Short-term Exchange Program (KUEP) 2024-2025 will start the program in two (2) periods, which are:

April Intake         : April-September 2024

October Intake  : October 2024-March 2025

KUEP 2024-2025 INTERNAL REGISTRATION LINK

Telkom University students who wish to take part in KUEP 2024-2025 must join the internal selection step by making an online registration at https://bit.ly/IntRegisKUEP2024.

KUEP 2024-2025 APPLICATION DEADLINE

Telkom University students who become interested in taking part in KUEP 2024-2025 at Kanazawa University Japan must register beforehand to the internal application link BEFORE September 25ᵗʰ, 2023.

PROGRAM MODE OF KUEP 2024-2025

All eligible students of Telkom University who have passed the nomination of KUEP 2024-2025 will have the opportunity to conduct the program onsite at Kanazawa University, Japan.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN KUEP 2024-2025

1. Active Telkom University students who have passed 4 semesters for undergraduate program.
2. Having excellent academic records, min GPA 3.0 and/or above.
3. Having good English communication skills, proved by English Proficiency Certificate minimum score of 527 of Tel-U EPrT, TOEIC Listening & Reading Test700, TOEFL-iBT 72, TOEFL-PBT 527, IELTS 5.5, or Cambridge English 160.
4. Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OF KUEP 2024-2025 THE INTERNAL REGISTRATION

1. A scan of Student ID Card.
2. A scan of academic transcript.
3. A scan of English Language Proficiency Certificate.
4. A formal photo.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES OF KUEP 2024-2025

2. Applicants prepare required documents for internal nomination step.
3. Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://bit.ly/IntRegisKUEP2024.
4. Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding passed nomination to participate in KUEP 2024-2025 from International Office of Telkom University.
5. Once pass the nomination, applicants will be assisted to apply to the official online application of KUEP 2024-2025.
