IISMA 2023 is about to OPEN! Yups, embrace yourself because something big will surely change your life starting now. IISMA or Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards, is the government of Republic of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students for conducting mobility program at prestigious universities and reputable industries overseas. Number of students from Telkom University, since 2021 to 2022, managed to be IISMA and IISMAVO awardees and succeed to study in various top universities abroad. So, are you the next IISMA 2023 awardee? The following information should be taken into consideration if you plan to participate at IISMA 2023.

IISMA 2023 will be slightly different from previous years. In 2023, to avoid naming confusion between IISMA & IISMAVO, the grand name of this program will be IISMA 2023, yet there’ll be two program paths: Undergraduate Path & Vocational Path. Undergraduate Path is for students in Bachelor Degree Program while Vocational Path is for students in Diploma and or Bachelor of Applied Science.

The official registration for IISMA 2023 is organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. To be well prepared and be ready to compete with students from other universities, the International Office of Telkom University holds the internal selection for IISMA 2023.

1. Providing a maximum of 20 credits transferred
2. Giving a chance to learn multidisciplinary knowledge
3. Enhancing knowledge & skills from renowned universities abroad
4. Increasing cross-culture understanding
5. Fostering networks in international level
6. Preparing qualified graduates to open more career opportunities

INTERNAL SELECTION PERIOD OF IISMA 2023

The internal selection of IISMA 2023 will be divided into 2 sessions to provide opportunities for students who haven’t finished preparing their documentation in time to enter the selection process in the next session.

• 1^st Selection Session of IISMA 2023: 12-21 January 2023
• 2^nd Selection Session of IISMA 2023: 22 January-4 February 2023

IISMA 2023 APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY

1. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Undergraduate and Vocational Telkom University students
2. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Holding Indonesian nationality
3. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Active student currently enrolling in semesters 4 or 6 for Bachelor’s Degree (S1) students and Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences students (S1 Applied Sciences) or enrolling in semesters 4 for Diploma’s Degree Program students (D3).
4. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Having good academic performance (GPA of minimum 3.0)
5. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Having good English Proficiency Score. For Bachelor’s Degree students (S1): IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 78 or Duolingo English Test 100. While for Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences (S1 Applied Sciences) and Diploma’s Degree Program (D3) students: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL iBT 60 or Duolingo 95.
6. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: NOMINATED by home university
7. IISMA 2023 Applicant Eligibility: Experiencing in student activities (seminar, competition, community service, internship, or other student mobility)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNAL SELECTION OF IISMA 2023

Before applying to IISMA 2023 internal registration link, prepare the following required documents in right format and size. They must be in the size must not exceed 1 MB.

1. Scan of academic transcript from 1st Semester to the latest one (in English). To get transcript in English please switch the language in iGracias to English. Name your file: your full name_transcript (PDF)
2. Scan of Student ID. Name the file: your full name_student ID (JPG)
3. Scan of TOEFL IBT/IELTS/Duolingo certificate. Name the file: your full name_TOEFL IBT/IELTS/DUOLINGO (JPG)
4. Scan of certificate of achievement, max. 3 certificates. Name your file: your full name_achievement 1, etc. (JPG)

PROCEDURE FOR INTERNAL SELECTION OF IISMA 2023

1. Students read and comprehend the information of IISMA 2023 including host university and subjects wish to take.
2. Students consult with academic supervisor regarding participation plan in IISMA 2023 and subjects’ selection, as well as their conversions
3. Students prepare required documents for IISMA 2023.
4. Students register for IISMA 2023 internal selection online at: https://bit.ly/IISMA23TELU
5. Students who have registered on the IISMA 2023 internal selection registration link will be included in the IISMA coordination group
6. International Office will process IISMA 2023 recommendation letters ONLY for students who meet the requirements
7. Once the students pass the IISMA 2023 internal selection, they will be assisted to apply for IISMA 2023 though its official application.
