Batch 2: Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program 2022. Batch 2 Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program officially launched on Saturday, April 16th, 2022, participated by hundreds of students from various universities. Considering the high enthusiasm of the participants in the previous batch, the ATU-Net team including Telkom University-Indonesia, Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT)-Japan, Universiti Teknologi MARA-Malaysia (UiTM), and Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Philippines initiated to held batch 2 of Online Mobility Program with the same theme, namely Entrepreneurship. Unexpectedly, the participants who registered for batch 2 coming from Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, and Philippines exceeded the participants in the previous batch. This shows that in this batch, participants are very enthusiastic about the topic of entrepreneurship considering that in the current era, being an entrepreneur, especially a digital entrepreneur, has a great opportunity to succeed.
Similar to the previous batch, this batch 2 Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program is designed in a form of short program which covers 14 meetings involving lectures session, individual & group assignments, Business Plan projects, and presentation session. The subject in batch 2 provides participants with technological knowledge about entrepreneurship as well as the skills to turn such knowledge into practice. The teaching and learning (T&L) activities include case study and field work with the aim to inculcate entrepreneurship values and entrepreneurship acculturation with a view to successfully launch and subsequently manage their enterprises. In this batch, participants will also be exposed with the support systems available or government agencies in starting new ventures, including the tactics commonly employed by entrepreneurs starting a business. The subject of this batch allows participants to critically evaluate business in terms of technical feasibility, investment potential, and risks.
Batch 2: Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program 2022 Learning Outcome
Through joining batch 2 Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program, participants are expected to gain following learning outcome:
- Able to apply the concept and importance of entrepreneurship to real world situation.
- Able to demonstrate the techniques in digital entrepreneurship practiced by entrepreneurs to market a business.
- Able to choose suitable business idea and process in developing a business plan for a small business.

The 1st meeting of batch 2 Entrepreneurship ATU-Net Mobility Program was delivered by Ts. Ahmad Zulhusny Rozali, a lecturer of Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia. Dr Zulhusny shared about introduction to Entrepreneurship and Business environment. According to his presentation, becoming an entrepreneurship is both a challenge and a great opportunity, and it takes certain qualities to be successful. But remember, “there’s no right or wrong way to be an entrepreneur. The difference is the characteristic and behaviors (experimentation, persistence, and innovation) that entrepreneur must have to be the successful one. Note the 10 characteristics of a successful entrepreneur: 1) Creativity, 2) Professionalism, 3) Risk-taking, 4) Passion, 5) Planning, 6) Knowledge, 7) Social Skills, 8) Open-mindedness towards learning, people, and even failure, 9) Empathy, 10) Customer-oriented.
