The University has been ranked as an autonomous, top-tier university by the Korean Ministry of Education. Education in International schools is conducted solely in English by renowned international professors. Telkom University students who want to participate in the Woosong Spring Exchange Program 2025 at Woosong University must register beforehand via the internal application link before 13 December 2024.

PROGRAM FEE FOR Woosong Spring Exchange Program 2025

Exchange students do not pay our university’s tuition but they’re responsible for other administrative fees to the university:

  • Insurance USD 50
  • Activity Fee USD 150
  • Orientation fee USD 150
  • Dormitory breakfast USD 1350 (only for students who live in the dormitory)

TOTAL: USD 1,700* (estimate and subject to change)

*Students from selected partner universities with scholarship-based study abroad agreements pay the university’s semester tuition with 50% scholarships on top of other administrative fees.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Kumamoto Post-Graduate Spring STEP 2025

  • Active Telkom University undergraduate and postgraduate students who have passed 1 year of study.
  • Having excellent academic records and good honors with GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above
  • Having good English communication skills, proved by English at level CEFR B2 (IELTS 5, TOEIC 605, IBT 72, ITP 543, Duolingo 90, or EPrT 500.
  • Being nominated by the International Office of Telkom University.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR Woosong Spring Exchange Program 2025

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the Woosong Spring Exchange Program 2025, such as:

  • Scan of Student ID Card
  • Recent Academic Transcript in English
  • Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
  • Formal Photo

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in the Woosong Spring Exchange Program 2025 (for Visa Application):

  • Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
  • A copy of passport
  • Bank certificate
  • Application form
  • International Health Insurance
  • Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
  • Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)
