
Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026 at Telkom University
On Thursday, 12 February 2026, Telkom University officially hosted the Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026 at the Fusion Rigour DEN (FRD) Room, Bangkit Building, 2nd Floor. The event marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey for international students joining through both student exchange pathways and regular degree programs.
The Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026 was designed to ensure a smooth transition into academic and campus life at Telkom University. The program opened with a welcoming speech by Wirania Swasty, S.Ds., M.A.B., Ph.D., Manager of the International Office. In her remarks, she warmly greeted the international students and encouraged them to embrace every learning opportunity, build cross-cultural friendships, and actively engage in campus activities throughout their studies at Telkom University.
As part of the Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026, participants watched the official university profile video, offering a comprehensive overview of academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement at Telkom University. The atmosphere became more vibrant with a traditional West Javanese performance of Tari Merak, a symbolic dance representing hospitality and the beauty of Indonesian culture. The performance reflected Telkom University’s commitment to introducing international students to Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage.
The Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026 continued with informative sessions delivered by the International Office, covering Campus Introduction, Cross-Cultural Understanding, and Services and Scholarship Information. These sessions were essential in preparing international students for academic adaptation and daily life in Indonesia.
Further technical briefings were provided during the Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026, including SSO activation guidance from the Directorate of Information Technology Center Telkom University, an introduction to the Learning Management System (LMS) by the Center for E-Learning and Open Education (CeLOE), Open Library service information, and details about insurance and Student ID cards from the Directorate of Student Affairs.
Following the formal presentations, the Welcoming New International Students February Intake 2026 concluded with a campus tour, a shared lunch session, and a welcoming party hosted by IOSBC. These activities allowed international students to connect with peers, explore university facilities, and feel fully integrated into the Telkom University community.
