UUM Spring Exchange 2026
UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026. Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) warmly welcomes all Telkom University students and is pleased to invite them to participate in the UUM Spring Exchange 2026. This exciting one semester program offers a unique combination of academic enrichment and cultural immersion. Participants will have the opportunity to explore Malaysia’s diverse natural heritage while experience Malaysia’s unique curriculum.
PROGRAM PERIOD OF UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
UUM Spring Exchange 2026 opens the program from 10 March 2026 to 25 July 2026.

If Telkom University students are interested to join the UUM Fall Exchange 2025 Malaysia, they must join Telkom University internal registration beforehand at https://tel-u.ac.id/uumspringexchange2026
APPLICATION DEADLINE OF UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
Telkom University students who’d like to participate in UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026 must register beforehand via Telkom University internal application link before 30 September 2025.
PROGRAM MODE FOR UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
Telkom University students who have been internally nominated for UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026 Malaysia will have the opportunity to participate in a physical outbound mobility program by attending and taking part in UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026 Malaysia.
ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR 1 SEMESTER AT UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
*Mobility fee is waived based on the established MoU/MoA between UUM and partner universities
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
- Active Telkom University undergraduate and postgraduate students who have passed 1 year of study
- Having excellent academic records and good honours with GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above.
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency. It can be TelU EPrT of 500.
- Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of UUM or placement provider
- Agrees to be responsible for the costs incurred
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2026, such as:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate.
- Formal Photo

- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at https://tel-u.ac.id/uumspringexchange2026 before before 30 September 2025.
- Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of UUM Spring Exchange 2026 Malaysia from Telkom University International Office.
- Once the nomination is announced, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the UUM Spring Exchange 2026.
