UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025. UUM welcomes international students from any of our partner universities who are eligible to pursue their study at our campus for a period of one or two semesters. Students can choose from a wide range of courses which are offered by 15 Schools in UUM. By the end of the program, UUM hopes students will gain wonderful memories and experience through their active participation in our enrichment and mobility programs that we offer.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

The program is scheduled for over one semester in the Spring of 2025, and it lasts from 11 March to 20 July 2025.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

Telkom University students who want to participate in the UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 at Universiti Utara Malaysia must register beforehand via the internal application link before 22 November 2024.

APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR Kumamoto Post-Graduate Spring STEP 2025

  • Telkom University undergraduate students
  • Having excellent academic records and good honors with GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) or above
  • Having good English communication skills, proved by English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 785, TOEFL-iBT 72, TOEFL ITP 543, Duolingo 90, EPrT 500).
  • Have completed at least two academic semesters at Telkom University.
  • Must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of UUM or placement provider.
  • Agrees to be responsible for the costs incurred.
  • Being passed the nomination step

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025, such as:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFICIAL REGISTRATION

Follow these additional requirements for official registration to participate in UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025

  • Formal photo in jpg format which is under 500KB in size
  • A copy of passport
  • Bank certificate
  • Application form
  • International Health Insurance
  • Family Relation Certificate (only for applicants with bank certificate under their father or mother’s name)
  • Letter of Recommendation by International Office of Telkom University (only for applicants who don’t meet the GPA or language requirement)

  • Applicant reads detailed information of UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 HERE
  • Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
  • Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
  • Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step at: https://bit.ly/UUMSpring2025 before 22 November 2024.
  • Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025 from the International Office of Telkom University.
  • Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the UUM SPRING EXCHANGE 2025.
