UUM FALL EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023

UUM FALL EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2023. UUM Fall Exchange Program 2023 is one of the outbound mobility for Telkom University students who are interested in conducting student exchange program at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) for Fall Semester 2023. Since past few years, Telkom University and UUM have been collaborating to implement student exchange program to support our students to gain international exposure. In the UUM Fall Exchange 2023, Telkom University students can choose from a wide range of courses which are offered by 15 Schools in UUM. By the end of the program, it is expected that students will have participated actively in this enrichment and mobility programs, leaving them with lovely memories and experiences.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

The UUM Fall Exchange 2023 will be physically implemented in Fall Semester 2023, which will be held from October 2023 to January 2024.

INTERNAL REGISTRATION OF UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

Telkom University students who are interested in applying in the UUM Fall Exchange 2023 must join internal nomination step by registering online at https://bit.ly/UUMFallSemester2023

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

The internal application for UUM Fall Exchange 2023 will be closed on May 7^th, 2023.

PROGRAMS OFFERED IN UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

All faculties in UUM offer a range of courses that student can join in the UUM Fall Exchange 2023, including:

1. College of Business
2. College of Arts & Sciences
3. College of Law, Government & International Studies

APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY OF UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

Students of Telkom University who are interested in joining the UUM Fall Exchange Program 2023 must meet the following requirements:

1. A full-time student of Telkom University coming from a bachelor degree program.
2. Having acquired 4 semesters study. (at least in 4^th semester when registering to the internal registration).
3. Having excellent academic records, min GPA 3.0 and or above.
4. Having good English communication skills, proved by English Proficiency Certificate, min EPrT score of 500.
5. Being nominated by International Office of Telkom University

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

Internal Registration:

1. A scanned Telkom University Student ID Card
2. A scanned academic transcript
3. A scanned certificate of English Language proficiency (EPrT/ TOEFL)

Official Registration (having passed the nomination):

1. A formal photo with red background
2. A scanned passport (1st page until last page)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES OF UUM FALL EXCHANGE 2023

1. Applicant reads detail information about UUM Fall Exchange Program 2023.
2. Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to course selection.
3. Applicant prepares required documents.
4. Applicant joins the internal nomination selection step by registering at https://bit.ly/UUMFallSemester2023
5. If applicant has passed the internal registration step, the applicant will be guided to register to the official UUM Fall Exchange registration.
