APPLICATION DEADLINE OF USM FALL SEMESTER 2025
Telkom University students who’d like to participate in the USM Fall Semester 2025 must register beforehand via the Telkom University internal application link NO LATER THAN June 6th, 2025.

The following items need to be prepared by the participants:
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR USM FALL SEMESTER 2025
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study and graduate students in Business field.
- Having excellent academic records and good honours.
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of upper intermediate of Telkom University EPrT 500.
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR USM FALL SEMESTER 2025
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the USM Fall Semester 2025:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Formal Photo

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR USM FALL SEMESTER 2025
- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step of USM Fall Semester 2025 at Universiti Sains Malaysia at: https://bit.ly/USMFALL2025 before June 6th, 2025.
- Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination for USM Fall Semester 2025 at Universiti Sains Malaysia from Telkom University International Office.
- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the USM Fall Semester 2025 at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
