USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026. Universiti Sains Malaysia has extended its warm greetings to all Telkom University students and proudly invites them to participate in the USM Fall Exchange 2026 for the Student Exchange Program in Fall Semester 2026, Academic Year 2026/2027.
The USM Fall Exchange 2026 provides an enriching opportunity for students to experience a different culture, expand their academic horizons, and establish valuable international connections. By joining this program, students are expected to enhance their global perspective while developing essential competencies that will support both their academic journey and future careers.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026
The USM Fall Exchange 2026 is scheduled to take place from 28 September 2026 until 7 February 2027 (1 semester). Orientation week: 21 – 25 September (airport pick-up will only be offered two days before the orientation week).
INTERNAL REGISTRATION LINK OF USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026
Telkom University students who are interested in participating in the USM Fall Exchange 2026 are required to complete the registration through the internal nomination link of Telkom University beforehand at https://tel-u.ac.id/usmfallexchange26.
NOMINATION DEADLINE OF USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026
Students of Telkom University who wish to join the USM Fall Exchange 2026 must submit their registration through the Telkom University internal nomination link NO LATER THAN 30 May 2026.

ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE PROGRAM OF USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026 (1 SEMESTER)
The following items need to be prepared by the participants:
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study.
- Having excellent academic records and good honours.
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of TOEFL ITP 543, TOEFL PBT 550, TOEFL IBT 4.5 – 5.0, IELTS band 5, TOEIC 605. Telkom University EPrT 500 is required only for the Telkom University nomination step.
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR USM FALL SEMESTER 2026
As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the USM Fall Exchange 2026:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Formal Photo

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR USM FALL EXCHANGE 2026
- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step of USM Fall Exchange 2026 at Universiti Sains Malaysia at: https://tel-u.ac.id/usmfallexchange26 before 30 May 2026
- Applicants wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination for USM Fall Exchange 2026 at Universiti Sains Malaysia from Telkom University International Office.
- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the USM Fall Exchange 2026 at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
