UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025. Universiti Brunei Darussalam has sent the warmest greeting to all Telkom University students and invites them to participate in the UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 (Universiti Brunei Darussalam – ASEAN University Network Summer Camp 2025).
The UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 is a program designed to promote Green Stewardship, with a focus on preserving biodiversity and advancing sustainable development.
Telkom University students have a chance to be representatives to participate in the UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Throughout the program, students will not only gain valuable insights from the enriching sessions but will also create unforgettable memories and share meaningful experiences with other exceptional students from ASEAN+3 member states.

PROGRAM PERIOD OF UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
The UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam will start from 15 June 2025 – 28 June 2025.

APPLICATION DEADLINE OF UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
Telkom University students who’d like to participate in the UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 must register beforehand via the Telkom University internal application link NO LATER THAN 9 March 2025.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES FOR UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
The UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 at Universiti Brunei Darussalam offers some objectives as the following:
- Biodiversity Exploration: Immerse international students in Brunei’s rich biodiversity, from tropical rainforest to diverse wildlife.
- Global Goals & Local Actions: Showcase how Brunei’s conservation efforts align with UN SDGs 13, 14, and 15 through real-world case studies.
- Environmental Stewardship: Engage students in conservation activities, inspiring global responsibility for biodiversity and sustainability.
- Digital Innovation for Conservation: Equip students with hands-on experience in digital tools and technologies for environmental monitoring.
- Cultural & Community Engagement: Promote cultural exchange and community collaboration in biodiversity advocacy.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster cross-cultural and academic partnerships with experts to address environmental challenges.
KEY ACTIVITIES FOR THE UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
- Upskilling Workshops: Developing soft skills and fostering a sense of environmental responsibility among youth.
- Community Projects: Engaging participants in hands-on community projects such as tree planting, clean-up drives, and biodiversity monitoring.

IMPORTANT DATES OF THE UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
Arrival Date: Sunday, 15 June 2025
Departure Date: Saturday, 28 June 2025
The official arrival and departure dates of participants are 15 June 2025 and 28 June 2025 respectively. The participants are allowed to arrive one day earlier and depart one day later, subject to the availability of flights.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT DURING THE PROGRAM OF UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
During the participation in theUBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 Universiti Brunei Darussalam will provide the following to the participants:
- On-Campus Accommodation.
- Most meals will be provided.
- Transportation, including airport transfers.
- Educational Activities and Excursions.
ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE PROGRAM OF UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
The following items need to be prepared by the participants:
APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY FOR UBD AUN SUMMER CAMP 2025
- Active Telkom University undergraduate students who have passed 2 semesters of study.
- Having excellent academic records and good honours.
- All participants are required to prove an English proficiency of upper intermediate of EPrT 500.
- Being passed the nomination step by Telkom University.

As the first step, Telkom University students must prepare all the required documents for joining the UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025:
- Scan of Student ID Card
- Recent Academic Transcript in English
- Scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Formal Photo

- Applicant reads detailed information of UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 at HERE.
- Applicant consults with academic supervisor related to participation in the program, including the courses’ selection.
- Applicant prepares required documents for the internal nomination step at Telkom University.
- Applicants make an online registration for the nomination step of UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 at: https://bit.ly/UBDAUNSummer25 before 9 March 2025.
- Wait for the next announcement regarding the CHOSEN nomination of UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025 from Telkom University International Office.
- Once the nomination, the applicant will be guided to apply to the official online application for the UBD AUN Summer Camp 2025.
